Rachel Fauman founded Ensemble Personal Image Consulting, or "EPIC," in 2005 to provide men and women with a life-long understanding of how a well-developed personal image can create a successful and enduring impression.

Rachel honed her craft, spending over a decade, creating hundreds of looks for top retailers -- from industry giants including Nordstrom and the GAP to beloved specialty stores like San Francisco’s award-winning Ambiance boutique.

Rachel specializes in long term client relationships, helping them develop a personal style and wardrobe over time. She is regarded as an expert at having a clients personality reflected in their everyday look. Her clients range from creative industry leaders to fortune 500 executives.

Casey Bender is our junior consultant. Ever since a young age, Casey has had a passion and shown enthusiasm for all things fashion. She began her fashion career at stores such as Abercrombie and Fitch and Nordstrom’s where she grew her knowledge of the industry and perfected her own personal style. Casey then moved on to manage a leading San Francisco and Burlingame boutique. She has spent the last 4 years merchandising, buying, and perfecting looks for clients.

Casey has a charismatic charm and strong sense of style as well as vast knowledge of trends, designers, body shape, and coloring. She prides herself on her ability to formulate looks that reflect personality and confidence. She believes that one’s style should covey a message and be self expressive, so she works to build wardrobes that reflect each clients unique personality.

Casey believes that everyone has an inner fashionista … she is here to bring her out!
